Tartar Sauce
You may be asking yourself, why on earth would I post a recipe for tartar sauce. More importantly, why would you need this recipe. The answer is simple really. Bottled sauce expires far too fast. For curiosity sake, the next time you go to the grocery store, or if you currently have a bottle in your fridge, look at the expiration date. How would it be humanly possible to consume that much tartar sauce before it spoils? You can’t.
The only solution is to make it yourself. Its cost effective and less wasteful. Not to mention it tastes a whole lot better. If you eat fried fish as much as my family does, it’s a no brainer to make this condiment yourself. It’s worth trying at least once.
